believe it or not i turned on some relaxing music and i managed to sleep okay
i think i at least got about 7-8 hours? which is what i really needed. and i actually feel a lot better even though i’m still dealing with some pain.
idk, i’ll have to talk to brenda that i just want to hang out and not worry way too much about this. i think some of those mental problems i had kind of just…stemmed from barely getting any sleep.
though i’m worried there’s going to be another day where i experience pain so bad that i think i need to go to the er again.
i just hope with brenda i can get my mind off this shit. she always helps and she says she can drop by sometimes on the weekends if i need her which is nice too.
